Niklas spent 20 years in the newspaper business before becoming a technical writer and then a manager of technical writers at Scania. His current role is driving the production and development of civilian and military driver's information, instructions for bodybuilders, text management for services and apps and preparation of military orders. He is passionate about creating the right information product for the changing needs of the customer.
