Starter:
Parsley Root soup with grilled scallops and wild garlic oil 
Main corse: 
Truffle and Veal stuffed Chicken with port wine jus and creamed pumpkin
Dessert:
Caramel panna cotta with apple salad
 

Vegan:
Starter:
Potato pancakes with seaweed caviar, red onion, imat Fraiche and lemon
Main corse:
Spicy celeriac croquettes on white beans with sous vide red cabbage, cabbage salad with Tahini sauce.
Dessert:
Warn Rose hip soup with almond bisque and vegan ice-cream

The price for the menu is 464 swedish crowns excluding VAT (around 41 €). Drinks are not included in the menu price and can be paid directly at the restaurant.

Purchase your conference ticket with networking dinner via our ticketing system. You will be contacted separately by the conference team to choose your menu.
