Call for Papers

We cordially invite you to speak at NORDIC TechKomm in Copenhagen!

At the two-day event, experts from various European countries will convene on September 12-13, 2017 to discuss trends and topics in the field of technical communication.

This is your chance to tell your story, share best practices or present your ideas on the main conference topic "UX – User Experience".
The call for papers is open now and running until April 30, 2017!


Does your content strike the right chord with users? Do you have an interesting use case how you managed to fine-tune your content to user types and use scenarios? This is your chance to share your story on UX and related topics.

We are looking for interesting proposals for presentations and/or workshops in the following areas:

  • UX – User Experience
    • Examples of UX for information products
    • Rules for the design of user-friendly interfaces (GUIs)
    • User experience analyses
    • Designing online help
  • Structured Authoring and Information Modeling
  • Augmented Reality
  • Technical Videos
  • Dynamic Content Delivery and Mobile Documentation
  • Legal Requirements
  • Training and Certification

Target audience

The conference is targeted at professionals in the field of technical communication who are eager to learn and share their knowledge about the latest industry trends. We expect attendees from a large spectrum of professional backgrounds ranging from technical writers, information designers, technical communication managers to content architects, and many more.

How to submit your proposal

You can choose between these formats: presentation (30-40 minutes) and workshop (90 minutes). Please submit your proposal (including your presentation title, abstract and bio) by registering and logging in at the Conference Tool on our website.

Evaluation of the papers submitted
